Like many hardworking Samoans, she started off juggling multiple jobs, working tirelessly in different industries. But through it all, one thing remained constant—her passion for food. Inspired by the joy of bringing people together over delicious meals, she took a leap of faith and established Ten Below Shack. What started as a small venture has now blossomed into a thriving food destination known for its unique flavors, quality ingredients, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. First Branch Established in Faleolo Airport and was named "MELJO LUSHBITES"

Started of with 3 Staff - Me, My Mum and Fetu

Before COVID begginning of 2020 - we moved branch to Siusega next to Mariyons Supermart at the time

Opened up new Branch
We opened up a new branch at Vaitele, right opposite Vailima Coca Cola HQ

We had closed branch in Vaitele in search for a more urban convenience location
